Ways to Help

We offer life-skill classes monthly. These include things like cooking, meal planning, gardening, couponing, bread baking, preserving and canning, and much more!

The community garden is open to all who want to partake but is also how we provide fresh, healthy food to the local folks who need a little help with groceries. 

We are working to distribute food monthly for low-income families. We are also planning to implement a "family meal" at the end of our classes and sessions.
